Meetings & Events

Meeting, function and assembly rooms can accommodate from 10 participants up to a total of 350. Integrated design and flexible partitioning systems allow for maximum convenience in terms of space and layout.

Several small-scale events can be held simultaneously. Or alternatively, attendees can opt for large general meetings.

The Center’s Conference Planner can assist with even the most complex event needs, including program planning, seating, catering and technical support.

Accommodation

CEU Residence and Conference Center has 411 rooms including 20 apartments. The building is wheelchair accessible, 17 rooms are specially designed for physically challenged guests.

Catering Services

Our self service restaurant is awaiting you with Hungarian and International cuisine.

Thanks to our well equipped kitchen, we offer a wide range of catering services for events taking place in the CEU Conference Center, such as coffee breaks, served or buffet meals and weddings.
